I offer for short-term rent a cozy 1-bedroom apartment with an area of 35 m², located at 33 Horodotska Street. This is a convenient option for those who value a central location: just a 2-minute walk from the Opera House, with easy access to the railway station and universities (MVS, Ivan Franko).

The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It features an open layout and a combined bathroom with a bathtub. It has undergone a euro-renovation and is equipped with autonomous heating and underfloor heating.

The space is fully furnished for the comfortable stay of up to 4 guests. There is a double bed and an extra sleeping place. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and washing machine. An iron with an ironing board and a hairdryer are also provided. A TV and Wi-Fi are available for leisure.

The base price is for two people on weekdays. Additional guests incur a surcharge (child – 200 UAH, adult – 250 UAH). Very early or late check-in costs 600 UAH. Please note: from June 5, there is a seasonal price increase of 125%, and from July 5, an increase of 200%. On weekends (Friday–Sunday), a surcharge of 600–800 UAH may apply. On holidays (Valentine's Day, March 8, etc.), the price starts from 2500 UAH. The security deposit amount should be clarified separately. Funds are non-refundable if the rental period is shortened after check-in.
