Room in 3-bedroom apartment, Litaka district

I am renting out a room (or 2 beds) in a 3-bedroom apartment with a total area of 68 m², located in the Litaka district (30-richchia Peremohy St., 12) in Cherkasy. This is a convenient option for those who want to rent accommodation with well-developed infrastructure nearby.

The room is on the 1st floor of a 9-story building. Livable condition, necessary furniture is provided. The landlady and one guy also live in the apartment. The 8 m² kitchen and bathroom are in a simple livable condition.

The apartment has household appliances: a refrigerator, hob, oven, stove, microwave, and washing machine.

A pharmacy, hospital, kindergarten, park, school, supermarkets, and public transport stops are nearby.

Terms: 4,000 UAH/month for the whole room, or 2,500 UAH/month per person for 2 beds. Utilities are split among the number of people in the apartment. The agency commission is 50% of the rental value (paid once).
